Product Review: L'Oreal UV Perfect Longlasting UV Protector

We had our outreach in Payatas just this Saturday. This, for me, is the perfect time to try out my new L'Oreal UV Perfect Longlasting UV Protector from the March BDJ Box. Although it has been raining every now and then, we still can't be too careful especially with the sun's rays from noon onwards.

The texture is creamy and looks similar to that of a BB Cream. But it does smell like a sunblock.

Here is a shot of me before I applied the L'Oreal UV Perfect Longlasting UV Protector.

And after application:

I am happy with the result because it is like having a BB Cream on my face without really applying any. It gave a matte finish and reduced oiliness.

I did not apply anything else on my face that day and probably wiped it off a couple of times when I was perspiring during the outreach session. But when I used a wet facial tissue to wipe my face, I saw there were still residues of the UV Protector. This means it lasted an entire day and stayed put protecting my face from the harsh sun!

I am convinced that it did it's job because otherwise I always end up with really red face when out in the sun for a long time but for today, I did not look like "Hellboy" at the end of the day! It also did not feel heavy, I could pretend I had nothing on my face because it did not give the sticky, thick feeling. So, yes I would definitely buy this product again. It did a great job and I will continue using it.
